Ready to Book Your Yoga Class?

When coming to class, remember your water. You are welcome to bring your own mat but, if it is at a studio, mats and props will be provided.

Generally, come 10 to 15 minutes before the class, especially if it is your first class.

Remember to tell me if you have any new health conditions or injury.

You can buy a class pass, from products/packages if you want to do 10 classes, or 5 classes prepaid. Then each week use your unique code to book your class.

If you are unable to use your booked class pass, contact me and I will let you redeem it the next week. Please note: they are only redeemable for 1 week. Just let me know with 24 hours notice.

On the right, you will find my class available at Base Space, on Mondays.

My other classes can be booked through the VidaHaus website or the Matspace website.
